We met Vita about a year ago, but it truly feels like we’ve known her forever. Vita was the first wedding planner my mom, Jodi, interviewed and the last. She knew right away that Vita was the person we wanted by our side.
We planned a backyard wedding, and Vita transformed it into the most magical fairytale. She is incredibly dedicated, hardworking, patient, and thoughtful. She understood our vision from the beginning, assembled an amazing team of vendors, and helped coordinate every detail needed to bring such a large event together so beautifully.
My mom worked especially closely with Vita throughout the planning process, and she has said countless times that she truly could not have done it without her. There are so many moving pieces that come with hosting a wedding at home, and Vita made an enormous undertaking feel organized, manageable, and exciting. She was always responsive, reassuring, and willing to talk through every question or detail along the way.
For Eric and me, having Vita made the entire planning process feel so much lighter. We were able to enjoy being engaged and feel excited about our wedding rather than overwhelmed by everything that needed to get done. On the wedding day, we could fully be present and enjoy every moment because we trusted Vita completely.
Vita is an absolute powerhouse, but she is also warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the families she works with. By the end of the process, she felt much more like a friend than simply our wedding planner. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding more beautiful and special than we ever could have imagined. Anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her by their side.
