Hi, I’m Vita. I run Vita’s Vintage Events and absolutely adore people, love and people in love! I grew up in hospitality and have years of knowledge under my belt.  When I got married in 2015 I undertook the (insane) task of having 300 people at a venue never used before. And I did it. But there was a LOT of behind the scenes chaos that could have been avoided with a professional on site with me. And that made me realize that 1. I could do this for real, 2. I love doing this, and 3. Planning a wedding without a coordinator is borderline insanity.  I’ve been running, assisting, consulting, catering, bartending and dancing at weddings ever since.  I want our relationship to be personal. I want to know your family so I can have every detail maximized and every member present when they need to be. I want you to be able to trust me and hand over your stress.  I promise, I got this! I bring a team (the A team!) with me that pays attention to details and my type A (or A++++ as some may say) personality will have all those details covered and organized in spreadsheets.  I am real, I am hands on, I get dirty and I fix problems.  If you’re planning an event and you need assistance, staffing or a vendor- “I know a guy”.
